Live deals
Two rooms

When something is already moving.

Two rooms for entrepreneurs with a real counterparty and a real clock — and neither of them has a payment page, on purpose.

A live deal is the one situation where the wrong room is expensive. So scope comes first and price comes second, in a conversation rather than at a checkout.

Scoped in conversation, then quoted flat

Education and preparation — never representation

Nobody in your deal pays us anything

How these two differ. The Deal Room is a monthly room you sit in with other owners who are actively looking. At the Table is your own deal, worked with you, quoted per deal and open to Immigrant Entrepreneur Cohort graduates. One is company while you search. The other is help with the thing you found.

01
The distance

In a live deal, the gap is not knowledge. It is that you are the only one in the room without a team.

The seller has a broker. The broker has done a hundred of these. You have read a lot and closed none — and everyone advising you is paid when you sign.

On your own

  • Every document arrives written by the other side's advisors, and you are reading each one for the first time.
  • Deadlines are set by people whose fee depends on you agreeing to something.
  • You cannot tell which concessions are normal and which are the ones you will regret in month six.

With the room

  • Someone reads the same documents with you, whose income does not change whether you sign or walk.
  • Each move rehearsed before you make it, and the two likely answers prepared for.
  • A walk-away position you decided in daylight, not at 11pm on the day of the deadline.

If you wait a live deal does not pause while you decide. Waiting is itself a position, and it is usually taken as weakness by the only party in the room who has done this before.

02
The two rooms

One works your whole deal. One is a monthly room to think out loud in.

They are not tiers of the same thing. Read the middle column and pick by what is actually in front of you. Both are open to graduates of the Cohort or of any workshop — At the Table runs four deals at a time, and the desk is capped at forty.

At the Table

Quoted per deal

Cohort or workshop graduates with a live deal · four deals at a time

We work your live deal with you, scoped to your situation — the documents read together, the moves rehearsed, the walk-away decided in advance. There is no payment page here on purpose: scope comes first, then a flat quote.

Pick this if there is a counterparty, a document and a date — and the whole deal rather than one question needs another set of eyes.

How it starts

A scoping conversation. No charge, no obligation.

Never

Representation, filings, or a fee from anyone else in your deal.

The Deal Room

$299 / month

Cohort or workshop graduates with an active search

Not open this run — we will not take your money for a room too thin to be worth it

A weekly ninety-minute desk, capped at forty so listings get real airtime: live teardowns, deals read in public, and the questions you cannot ask a broker without weakening your own position.

Pick this if you have finished a taught room, your search is active, and you learn as much from other people's deals as from your own.

Cancel

One click, any month. No minimum term and no annual lock-in — access runs to the end of the month you paid for, then stops.

Not open?

Then nothing is charged. We will not run a room too thin to be worth it.

Neither, if your question is one decision this week — that is The Corner, and it is cheaper and faster. If your route or structure is unsettled, it is The Immigrant Entrepreneur Cohort, and taking these first wastes the money.

03
Request a seat

Scope first. Price second. Both in plain words.

Tell us the shape of what is happening — not the documents, not your status. We come back with whether this is the right room, and if it is, a flat number for the whole thing.

  1. Now

Nothing is charged and nothing is scheduled. No automated sequence follows.

  2. ≤ 2 days

A person replies with either a scope and a flat quote, or an honest no and where to go instead.

  3. Then

A short call to scope it — free, and genuinely a scoping call rather than a sales one. Then a written scope and one flat fee.

  4. Often

The answer is “you need an attorney this week, not us”. We say it in the conversation rather than after the invoice.

Please do not send documents

No contracts, LOIs, tax returns, immigration papers or case numbers. We do not need them to scope the work, and your attorney is the right place for them.

Nothing is charged on this form. We never sell your information, and we do not add you to any list from here.

Said once, plainly

What these are, and what they are not.

Preparation, alongside you.

We read what you read, name what it turns on, and rehearse the move with you before you make it.

Never representation, and never a brokerage.

We do not negotiate for you, sign for you, introduce you to sellers, or take a fee on your close. Your attorney and CPA hold those roles.

Paid by you, and nobody else.

Which is the only reason “walk away from this one” is a sentence we are free to say.

Asked first

Why is there no price for At the Table?

Because the work genuinely differs by deal, and a fixed number would either overcharge the simple ones or under-serve the hard ones. Scope, then a flat quote you approve before anything starts — one number for the whole engagement, not an hourly meter that rewards us for taking longer.

Do I have to be a graduate?

For both, yes — a graduate of The Immigrant Entrepreneur Cohort or of any workshop. The work assumes that grounding. The Corner is open to anyone, and it is the honest door if you have neither.

Will you tell me to walk away?

If that is what your numbers say, yes. Nobody in your deal pays us, so it costs us nothing to say it — that is the whole design.

The Deal Room is not open. When?

When enough people are actively looking to make the teardowns worth attending. Ask to be told and you will hear before the page changes.

Boundaries
Said plainly

What we are, and what we are not.

Education and preparation

We teach published rules as written, on worked examples, and get you ready for the rooms where decisions are made. Where we are reading a rule rather than quoting it, we say so.

Not advice, not representation

We are not a law firm, not your attorney, not your CPA and not a brokerage. No legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, no position taken on your case, and nothing filed or signed for you.

No relationship created

Reading this site or attending a room creates no attorney–client or accountant–client relationship, and no sponsorship of any kind. Nothing said in a room is privileged.

Rules move, and dates matter. Anything we teach is accurate to the date we state and no further — check the date, then take your own facts to your own attorney and CPA. Every case turns on its own facts.
